Welcome

I am a qualified, BACP registered, psychodynamic counsellor and therapist, offering both in-person counselling in Farnham, Surrey and online therapy for clients across the UK. My therapy room is located in central Farnham, which is easily accessible and has ample parking available. Alongside this I work with an extensive and varied clinical case load at a charitable counselling agency, as well as mentoring counselling trainees. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief & loss, or a sense of feeling stuck or unfulfilled.

My approach is grounded in the belief that our early life experiences and relationships can shape how we feel, think and relate to others in the present. In a safe, non-judgemental space, I offer an environment where you can share openly and feel heard, thinking about both what’s happening for you now and how past experiences may still influence you. Together we will make sense of things, helping you to bring unconscious feelings and thoughts into awareness.

Our work is paced according to your needs, with a deep commitment to helping you understand yourself on a meaningful level - always with respect for your unique journey.
